Can I bring a friend or family member to my appointment?

Due to limited space, Clients may not bring an extra Guest. Unless Client is a minor or has medical limitations. Thank you for your understanding!
How should I prepare for a Lash Appointment?

Remove makeup, avoid caffeine or stimulants, arrive with clean lashes.
Can I cancel or reschedule an appointment ?

Please review our cancellation and rescheduling policy for more information. Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations incur a fee of 50% of service price; no shows will be charges 100%. If a guest reschedules their appointment three consecutive times, the reservation will be canceled completely. To receive services, the guest must book a new appointment, subject to availability. A cancellation fee may apply.
